Look for healing by going within.
Often times we try to avoid feeling negative emotions or difficult feelings. Most of us have had experiences where we have felt uncomfortable or stuck, or huge resistance. When we are willing to go within and face these challenging feelings and hold compassion and love for ourselves, we can start to shift them. We can start to bring movement to them and healing.
What surfaces is a new awareness of how our soul creates these experiences to wake us up, to teach us where we have taken on false beliefs about ourselves. And then it brings to us what we need to know to heal and to step into that next level of freedom. Freedom of being, freedom … and joy. Our heart holds the key and connect us to our Divine aspects, to all that is light.

And welcome, you are soul family. Yes, you are reading this because we have been connected long before you found your way here. We are soul family who have been connected even before we embodied here on earth and we are connected to all that is light, to Source.
If you are here, you have probably been on a healing journey and a journey of discovery, an adventure. This journey looks different for everybody, but what each of our journey’s has in common is we each (myself included), are needing to stop avoiding negative emotions or difficult feelings. Our nervous system has learned to suppress or avoid them to protect us from everything we have been through happening again.
To really create the life you dream of, you need to go beyond and shift those feelings, you must be willing to face them and hold love and compassion for yourself. Easier said than done, right?
Here’s the good part: you don’t have to do this on your own. There are incredibly intelligent energies in the Universe that are pure love and light that you have unlimited access to at any moment, to support you through the most challenging healing. These beautiful frequencies of light, surround you, bathing you in Divine, nurturing light. They restore your home frequency, help your heart to heal and to feel the overflowing unconditional love that surrounds you and that you are at the heart of who you are. This light brings and restores the frequencies of joy and freedom to your being.
